bold: Is this bold?

italics: Is this italicised?

monospaced: Is this rendered as teletype or monospaced text?

big: Is this big?

small: Is this small?

As we can see here, only h3 and h4 are effective as section titles for wordpress blogs (at least with my current browser settings).
H1 and H2 section titles are the same font size as the blog title, and H5 and greater are smaller than the default blog text font size.
